  • Resolve customer queries through email, web chat, and other non-voice channels.

  • Handle escalations and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Close customer tickets and service requests within set timeframes (SLAs).
  • Work collaboratively with your team and supervisor to deliver exceptional customer service.
