- Resolve customer queries through email, web chat, and other non-voice channels.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues using established procedures and guidelines.
- Handle escalations and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Close customer tickets and service requests within set timeframes (SLAs).
- Work collaboratively with your team and supervisor to deliver exceptional customer service.
