Do you have a strong analytical mind and a passion for excellent customer service?
Amazon is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Support Ops team in Bengaluru! This is a 6-month contractual role where you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) Sellers.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assist FBA Sellers with their financial inquiries and ensure their concerns are addressed according to policy.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to FBA Merchant and seller reimbursement requests.
- Evaluate research requests from Sellers for lost or damaged inventory.
- Achieve set goals for productivity and quality.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent analytical, logical, and data gathering skills
- Strong communication and comprehension skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in a fast-paced, production environment
- Experience in a contact center environment
- Experience with fraud or risk investigations
- Experience in the payments & banking domain
