Transaction Risk Investigator – Level 2 (Amazon India)

Amazon India is searching for dedicated and analytical investigators to join their Transaction Risk Management Team in Bangalore! In this Level 2 role, you’ll play a critical role in safeguarding Amazon’s e-commerce platform by investigating and mitigating online transaction risks.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate suspicious seller transactions
- Analyze data and make informed decisions based on findings
- Take appropriate action on flagged transactions according to company protocols
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, and written reports
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to resolve complex issues
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 0 to 1 year of experience in a related field (e.g., e-commerce payments, trust & safety)
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
