We are looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our Performance & Insights team within Sales Enablement, Pricing & Transformation (SPT). In this role, you will play a key role in optimizing our Early Tenure and Client Retention strategies for US Small and Mid-Sized Enterprises (SME).

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve Early Tenure and Client Retention.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including US SME Account Development, Marketing, Finance, and Risk.
• Communicate insights effectively to a variety of audiences.
• Think strategically and stay ahead of the curve by identifying new opportunities.

• 1-2 years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Finance, Statistics).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau (or similar tools).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A problem-solving mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
• The ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
