Barclays is seeking a talented Data Solutions Analyst to join their team in Delhi, India. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from home and collaborate in the office.
About the Role:
- Develop, maintain, and manage reporting analytics, dashboards, and other data solutions.
- Leverage your data expertise to create insights and translate them into clear and concise visualizations using Tableau and other BI tools.
- Support senior leadership teams in crafting impactful presentations using data and relevant tools.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
- Ensure adherence to data quality standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (recent graduates encouraged to apply!).
- Proficiency in SQL and/or SAS (basic level).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in AML/KYC (Anti-Money Laundering/Know Your Customer) processes within investment or corporate banking.
- Understanding of risk management frameworks.
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or OBIEE.
- Experience with Salesforce.
