laptop needed with wifi connection( on the job training will be from home only)
after selection Company will be provided free wifi

But pc is
mandatory then also.

Selection Method:

1 TELEPHONIC INTERVIEW

 In this phase, you need to just share your
basic details and need to answer certain basic level questions.

2. ZOOM INTERVIEW BY RECRUITER

This round
will be on zoom than on Laptab only, here are practical questions asked, Related to sales and Generation.

3. FINAL INTERVIEW BY HR

In this
Phase is the same as 2^nd round but current affairs, arithmetic
questions, reading comprehension, personal experience, motiva of jong in byjus, and about company questions are asked.

In the final
interview, if selected training classes and on-the-job training will take place

( in OJT if
u can Generate 70,000 rupees you can eligible and selected as BDA, on job
training you can access with 19.000- 28000) styphend in the training period)

training classes

45 days on the job training (OJT)

If u r
selected as BDA you need to generate above  2,50,000  in a month.

If u r performance is highlighted through the extra work you can eligible for incentives

The total
amount will be 5-6 LPA per anum Combined Incentives you will earn around 10
lakhs per anum

 Work time: 9am -9pm,200 calls you need to
dial, you need to hold 2:30 hours in a day

Holiday: Tuesday
or Monday based on location
