We are looking for a qualified candidate to join our team as a Technical Support Engineer (Level 1.5). In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and partners over the phone, email, or similar environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide initial troubleshooting assistance to customers and partners
  • Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2 support
  • Manage and update customer issues and requirements
  • Proactively assist customers and take ownership of assigned issues
  • Achieve specified performance goals
  • Be willing to learn and upskill to advance in your technical role
  • Adaptable to night shifts

Qualifications:

  • Fluent English
  • Prior experience in technical support (a plus)
  • Knowledge of computer science and basic networking (preferred)
  • Any technical certifications (especially networking) are a plus
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Customer-focused
  • Self-driven and independent
  • Team player
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
