IKEA Trainee – Communication (Bengaluru, India)

In this role, you will:
- Support the creation and implementation of internal communication initiatives (newsletters, emails, intranet content, announcements)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and stories
- Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings to facilitate effective communication
- Gain hands-on experience in various communication aspects
- Work with a friendly and supportive team in a dynamic environment
What we’re looking for:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint) and Canva
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous internship or related experience in communications a plus
- Knowledge of website content management and graphic design a bonus
