Job Description:
We are currently seeking candidates for Officer/Executive positions in Customer Service, Security, and Ramp departments. Interested candidates can walk in directly to the venue for the interview process. Ensure to bring 1 passport-size photograph along mandatorily.
Registration Time: 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM (Request to please reach the venue on time for a smooth process).
Interview Time: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Interview Venue: Ramada by Wyndham, Kanpur – Lucknow Rd, Junab Ganj, Uttar Pradesh 226401.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Educational Qualification: Graduates from a Recognized Board or University as determined by IndiGo. The result is awaited and exam-pending candidates are not eligible.
2. Desired Skills: Good Communication Skills, Customer Service Aptitude, Open to work in rotational shifts, able to work under pressure.
3. Airport Operations Experience Preferred.
4. No Visible Tattoo marks/ body art
5. Interviewed Candidates can reapply after 6 months

Requirement:
A. Mandatory Requirements:
1. For Customer Service – Good Communication, Pleasing Personality
2. For Ramp – Adaptable to all weather conditions, Place of work can be either at the Terminal or Apron
3. For Security – Adaptable to all weather conditions, Place of work can be either at the Terminal or Apron
B. Preferable Requirement:
1. For Customer Service – Well versed in Customer Dealing
2. For Ramp – Load & Trim License, 12th Science Background
3. For Security – BASIC AVSEC, Screener, NCC Background
Responsibilities:
1. Security – Screeners & Basic Avsec certification preferred
– Implementation of security policy and procedures laid down by the Company.
– Manage safe and secure operations in accordance with security program and applicable procedures.
– Maintain standards as per Company requirements
– Ensure effective threat assessment and response capability
– Achieve department goals and follow up
– Perform duties as per the Security Programme.
– Maintain performance standards and follow up with your shift
– Monitor continuously the Quality System and the level of conformance
– Secure quality level
– Optimize resource
– Aware of Emergency Response Procedures, rules, and regulations
– Acquire and maintain necessary skills required to perform job functions
– Maintain work procedures as per company requirements
– Carry out development dialogue with the Team leaders
– Control theft and pilferage of company property
2. Customer Service –
– To carry out safe and secure on time operations in accordance with the ground operations manual and all applicable procedures.
– Assist customers through all procedures related to arrivals & departures.
– Make reservations across the counter, sell tickets, and remit cash to the concerned department.
– Answer customer queries over the telephone.
– Attend pre-flight and post-flight briefings.
– Set up check-in counters and screen checked-in baggage.
– Maintain high quality of check-in procedures.
– Assist customers with special requests.
– Prepare all required reports for mishandled/damaged baggage.
