Job Description:
Infosys BPM is currently seeking a Process Executive to join our team in Bangalore. As a Process Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through various communication channels such as calls, chat, and email. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work in a 24×7 shift environment, and a commitment to resolving customer issues efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
– Attend and resolve client issues through calls, chat, and email.
– Demonstrate excellent communication skills at CEFR scale levels C1 and C2.
– Willingness to work in a 24×7 shift environment, with rotational weekly offs.
– Provide analytical problem-solving skills to understand and resolve customer issues.
– Take ownership of customer issues, ensuring thorough and efficient resolution.
– Be proactive and respectful of the customer’s time.
– Manage time effectively to add value to customer interactions.
Preferred Skills:
– Experience in customer service, technical support, service desk, voice support, chat support, and email support.
– Excellent communication skills in English.
– Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
– Strong time management skills.
