- Possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Have 0-2 years of professional experience, preferably in a Shared Services Centre or large multi-state company.
- Be a strong communicator and team player, comfortable interacting with people at all levels.
- Have excellent analytical skills and a knack for problem-solving.
- Be open to new ideas, adaptable to change, and eager to learn new technologies.
- Possess proven US GAAP accounting knowledge and proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Be fluent in English, with additional language skills a plus.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in Procurement, Accounts Payable, Invoice Processing, Payments and GRIR reconciliation.
- Digital/intelligent automation capabilities.
- Experience working in a multinational corporation or BPO.
