McAfee, a leader in personal security, is seeking a talented Data Analyst with Marketing Analytics expertise to join their expanding Data Science & Analytics team. This remote position based in India offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to their direct-to-consumer marketing efforts for over 400 million customers worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Retention Marketing specialists to design experiments and extract data-driven insights using your statistical knowledge.
- Solve ad-hoc data queries and support experimentation efforts.
- Analyze data and translate findings into actionable marketing strategies for the entire customer journey.
- Design, develop, and automate data tools and dashboards for efficient metric monitoring.
- Implement data hygiene, standardization, and transformation to optimize data processes.
- Partner with team members to solve data challenges, identify trends, and uncover opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, including data mining, transformation, and insightful reporting.
- 2+ years of programming experience with SQL, Python, or R for data exploration and transformation.
- 2+ years of experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, R Shiny, or D3.js.
- 1+ year of experience with statistical testing (A/B testing, Multivariate testing) and experiment design.
- Experience handling large datasets in big data environments with PySpark (bonus).
- Experience with Databricks in a cloud environment (Azure, AWS) (bonus).
- Experience with MicroStrategy, Adobe Analytics, or Google Analytics.
