What You’ll Do:
- Design, develop, and test financial software applications using Java/J2EE technologies.
- Apply your analytical skills to solve complex business problems and translate them into software solutions.
- Contribute to the development of web applications based on service-oriented architecture, including UI, services, and databases.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and business analysts to ensure project success.
- Evaluate new requirements and translate them into actionable design and development tasks.
- Support cross-functional teams in meeting business objectives.
- Document and maintain software applications for smooth operation.
- Participate in code reviews and foster a collaborative development environment.
- Work within an Agile framework and track progress towards key deliverables.
- Provide production support by solving incidents, diagnosing root causes, fixing code defects, and troubleshooting issues.
Who You Are:
- A graduate in Engineering or Computer Science with a passion for software development.
- 0-3 years of experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting Java-based applications.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented principles and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
- Experience with Springboot, Spring, Hibernate, JPA, and other Java frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology and other SDLC approaches.
- Strong SQL and database knowledge.
- Proficient in IDEs like JBOSS Studio and Eclipse.
- Experience with build/dependency management tools (Maven) and SCM tools (Subversion, Git).
- A plus: experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and cloud services (API Gateway, IAM, S3, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
