Oracle is seeking a Technical Analyst 1-Support to join our dedicated team in Bengaluru or Hyderabad, India. In this role, you will play a crucial role in providing post-sales support and solutions to our valued customers, ensuring their success with Oracle products.
What you’ll do:
- Act as the primary technical interface for customers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and Value-Added Resellers (VARs).
- Resolve issues related to installation, maintenance, and use of Oracle products.
- Provide level one support to customers contacting the Oracle Solution Center.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction while meeting established guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and find solutions.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest Oracle products and technologies.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
- 0 to 2 years of experience in technical support or a related role.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a must.
