PwC Deals Strategy Intern/Trainee

PwC’s Deals Strategy is looking for a motivated intern/trainee to join our team in Mumbai. In this role, you’ll gain valuable experience working alongside industry experts and supporting them with critical tasks.
What you’ll do:
- Conduct research to gather data and insights for deals
- Support teams with tasks like market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and deal risk assessment
- Communicate findings clearly to internal teams
- Assist with proposal and business development activities
What we’re looking for:
- Up to 2 years of experience in research or consulting (preferred)
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
- Willingness to travel occasionally for fieldwork
- Team player with a collaborative spirit
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in the private equity or corporate finance industry
- Knowledge of industry/market assessment, feasibility studies, and business plan development
