Revolut, the world’s first global financial super app, is searching for a talented FinCrime Analyst to join their dynamic team! Based remotely across India, this role offers a thrilling opportunity to combat financial crime in the exciting realm of cryptocurrencies.
Responsibilities:
- Become a Crypto Crime Fighter: Analyze customer data, research suspicious activity, and identify potential money laundering and terrorist financing risks.
- Master of KYC/CDD: Conduct thorough Know Your Customer and Customer Due Diligence checks to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Blockchain Investigator: Utilize cutting-edge forensic tools to analyze cryptocurrency transactions and track down criminal activity.
- Communication King/Queen: Collaborate effectively with diverse teams and escalate concerns, all while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality.
- Thriving under Pressure: Remain calm and collected in fast-paced environments, meeting tight deadlines and adjusting to ever-evolving threats.
Eligibility:
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate degree (2018-2024 batches)
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus!)
- Crypto industry experience preferred (specifically with VASPs)
- Familiarity with blockchain investigation tools
- Proven track record in AML/KYC/Screening
- Team player with exceptional communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in high-pressure settings
- Openness to various work shifts (including nights and weekends)
Bonus Points:
- Banking sector experience (risk, AML/KYC)
- Threat intelligence or cybersecurity background
- Deep technical knowledge of blockchains and cryptocurrencies
