In this role, you will:
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone and email on a variety of IT applications.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to computers, laptops, operating systems, and browsers.
- Manage and track customer support tickets throughout their lifecycle.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through surveys and call-backs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
- Continuously learn and expand your technical knowledge.
What you’ll bring:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A strong desire to learn and solve problems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computers and common software applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Preferred)
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with technical voice support.
- Knowledge of IT service desk procedures.
