About the Role:

Job Title: Service Desk Analyst
Locations: Pune, Noida, Hyderabad
Shift Timings: Rotational
Work Days: Rotational off
Salary: 2.4 LPA

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone and email for a variety of IT applications.
  • Conduct initial troubleshooting and diagnose technical issues.
  • Manage and track tickets throughout their lifecycle.
  • Utilize internal knowledge base and resources to find solutions.
  • Provide remote assistance using software tools.
  • Participate in customer satisfaction surveys and call-backs.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Uphold adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

  • Any undergraduate degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using computers and common software applications (e.g., email, web browsers)
