1.Answer The Customer Through Calls And Email or Any Support Apps
2.Play Medium Role While Logging or assigning or Escalating In Between teams.
3.Able To Resolve Few Technical issues Like Basic Computer Handling Problems , Operating Soft wares Browsers Etc.
4.Able To manage User Account.
5.Reliable To track During User ticket Mobility.
6.Consistently Allotted Survey To Know The Customer Satisfaction.
7. Maintained Good Relation with Stakeholders In Both Internal And Customer Via Emails
8. Knowing issues Of Application Through Remote Assisting.
9.Calculate Compliance as Well As SLAS.
Skills Required.
Technical Skills.
1.Computer knowledge in MS Office and ITSM Tools.
2.Skills In resolving the rises Of Trouble Shooting.
3.Service Desk or technical Support Environment ,ITIC Methodology.
4.Good At Common Commercial Software Products.
5.VOIP, Wireless And Video Conferencing.
6.Knowledge in Security Services Like Anti- Virus, VPN, OTP Tokens And Digital Certificate And Different Data Bases.
Expected Salary: 6 Lakhs Per Anum.
Shifts Availed:
Rotational Shifts are Availed( Night Shifts Are Started From 6;00 PM TO 11:00 AM.
Working Location:
Hyderabad.
