Job Description:
Tech Mahindra is currently hiring for the position of International Voice Process Executive. This role requires immediate joiners and will be based in our office premises. As an International Voice Process Executive, you will provide customer support and address various queries effectively. You should have relevant experience in an International Voice Process and possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. The ability to handle customers professionally is essential. Night shifts and voice-based tasks will be part of the job.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide customer support and address queries
– Understand customer issues and resolve them efficiently
– Relevant experience in an International Voice Process
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Good customer handling skills
– Willingness to work night shifts and handle voice-based tasks
Eligibility Criteria:
– Education: Undergraduates, Graduates, and Postgraduates
Additional Information:
– Work Location: Hyderabad, Bahadurpally, Tech Mahindra
– Flexibility: 24/7 with 2 rotational offs
– Salary: As per market standards (up to 4 lpa)
– Shift Timing: Rotational shifts at 2:30 am, 3:30 am & 5:30 am
– Transportation: 2-way cab facility provided
Interview Process: Walk-in Face-to-Face Interview
Desired Candidate Profile:
– Excellent communication skills
– Candidates with prior experience in an International Voice Process are preferred
