Job Description:
Tech Mahindra is seeking candidates for the role of Inbound Voice Process Executive in Secunderabad. The job requires handling calls related to queries, surveys, feedback, and customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for customer retention in the IT services & consulting industry.
Responsibilities:
– Attend to incoming calls and provide assistance to customers
– Respond to queries, provide information and resolve issues
– Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering a high level of service
– Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Requirements:
– Undergraduate or graduate degree in any field
– Excellent communication skills in Tamil/Kannada/Malayalam
– Fresher or minimum six months of experience in the voice process
– Ability to work a six-day workweek with rotational weekly offs
– Willingness to work from the office
– No transport facility provided
Salary:
