Do you have a recent graduate degree and an eye for detail?
Wells Fargo is searching for enthusiastic Associate Operations Processors to join their team in Hyderabad or Bangalore, India. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates to launch their careers in the fast-paced world of financial services.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handle various operational tasks for essential business processes.
- Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and resolution.
- Collaborate across departments and directly with clients using online systems.
- Process incoming work, assign resources, and input transactions into RIDS.
- Research and resolve complex customer inquiries using various resources.
- Prepare, edit, distribute, and maintain specialized documents.
You’re a great fit if you have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a similar field (preferred).
- Up to 1 year of experience in banking or financial services (a plus).
- Experience with alphanumeric data entry.
- Excellent typing skills (98% accuracy or higher).
- Strong analytical abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts aligned with US operations.
Bonus points for:
- 6+ months of experience in operations support.
- A quality-oriented mindset with a focus on deadlines.
- Knowledge of quality assurance or back-office processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Comfort navigating multiple computer systems and using search tools.
- Typing speed and accuracy of 30-35 WPM (both alphabetical and 10-key).
- Strong organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
