Windranger Labs is hiring a Customer Support QA & Chatbot Specialist for its fintech project UR – a borderless smart money app. This is a remote, full-time position in APAC, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to customer success, chatbot optimization, and support quality assurance.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Support QA & Chatbot Specialist, you will:

  • Provide timely and professional customer support (Zendesk, email, chat, Telegram if needed).
  • Conduct QA reviews of customer interactions for accuracy and service quality.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve chatbot workflows, responses, and performance.
  • Assist in documenting support processes and best practices.
  • Share customer insights and contribute to continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support or QA roles.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of chatbot systems (setup, optimization, or training).
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills in English.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive with problem-solving mindset.
  • A team player willing to contribute beyond standard support.
