Responsibilities
As a Customer Support QA & Chatbot Specialist, you will:
- Provide timely and professional customer support (Zendesk, email, chat, Telegram if needed).
- Conduct QA reviews of customer interactions for accuracy and service quality.
- Collaborate with the team to improve chatbot workflows, responses, and performance.
- Assist in documenting support processes and best practices.
- Share customer insights and contribute to continuous improvements.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support or QA roles.
- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of chatbot systems (setup, optimization, or training).
- Strong written & verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented and proactive with problem-solving mindset.
- A team player willing to contribute beyond standard support.
