Clinisys Intl is Seeking an Associate Quality Engineer to Join Our Bangalore Team!
Are you passionate about quality and have a knack for finding bugs? We’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Associate Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, India.
In this role, you will:
- Work closely with Agile teams to understand client usage and design optimal test scenarios.
- Review requirements and designs to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to catch defects and guarantee product quality.
- Analyze issues, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate to resolve problems efficiently.
- Identify and mitigate testing risks to ensure timely delivery of a high-quality product.
- Partner with colleagues to facilitate cross-departmental testing and uphold application quality.
- Participate in client focus groups and interact with clients as needed.
To be successful, you’ll need:
- Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of testing and quality processes.
- The ability to learn new products quickly and accurately estimate task durations.
- Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (relevant work experience may be considered).
- Familiarity with software development life cycles, testing methodologies, and quality assurance practices.
Bonus points if you have:
- Knowledge of medical devices or healthcare software.
- A natural team player mindset with dedication and self-motivation.
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
