Job Description
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent service to international clients and customers. Your job will involve handling inbound calls, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls professionally and empathetically.
- Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
- Identify, track, and escalate customer issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Ensure all customer concerns are resolved within TAT (Turnaround Time).
- Maintain a positive and customer-first attitude throughout all interactions.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to improve processes.
- Adhere to quality standards and service guidelines.
- Be open to working in night shifts (US time zones).
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education:
- Minimum qualification: 12th / Intermediate / PUC
- Graduates or Postgraduates from any stream are also welcome

- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
