- Product expertise: Explain and sell a variety of banking products, including mobile banking, net banking, RDs, and FDs.
- Target achievement: Consistently exceed monthly targets for new customer acquisitions by analyzing client transaction banking needs.
- Teamwork and support: Assist the Sales Manager in catchment mapping, identify new opportunities, and provide regular feedback.
- Quality assurance: Ensure all account openings comply with KYC norms and bank regulations.
- Proactive problem solver: Address customer queries effectively and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Engineering, Technology, Maths, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, Management).
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
