🎯 Job Description
As an Accounts Receivable Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining client satisfaction. This is a non-sales, client-facing voice process designed to help you develop expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process accounts receivable transactions efficiently.
- Handle billing issues and ensure accurate invoicing.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies.
- Implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding balances.
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and healthcare billing regulations.
- Respond to customer queries promptly and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines and meet performance metrics.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Education:
- Graduates / Undergraduates (Any Stream)
- Postgraduates (PGs) not eligible
- Skills:
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Basic knowledge of accounts or billing preferred
- Comfortable working in night shifts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
